Alpha Grave Tending Services are based in Bournemouth, Dorset and we cover Dorset, Hampshire, Devon and Wiltshire as well as the Isle Of Wight. We do accept commissions for work in other areas but as one prospective client recently found out, Malta is a little far to travel, even for us!
We are so fortunate to have clients from as far afield as the USA and Australia including some who have discovered long lost graves during research on family history. We have also traced graves for clients and supplied pictures and video footage of the grave and surrounding area.
With a keen interest in history, ancestry and architecture we are lucky enough to be able to combine these interests in our work. We are also strongly in favour of sympathetic restoration and preservation, you may trace a two hundred year old grave but would you really want it to look like new?

Alpha Grave Tending Services was born in 2007 and is a sister company of Alpha Preservation Services, whos pedigree goes back much further. Family owned and operated we believe passionately in providing good customer service and value for money. Our favourite motto is ..."be honest, in everything you say and in everything you do".
Together with Alpha Preservation Services we offer a comprehensive range of services, from building preservation such as treatment for Dry Rot, Wet Rot, Rising Damp and Wood Boring Insect, through to the preservation and restoration of stone and bronze memorials, including relettering in enamel, gold leaf and lead.
